Advantages of DentWise Frameworks

DentWise prosthetic frameworks combine the best of two worlds; the unlimited geometric freedom of additive manufacturing technologies is combined with the precision and accuracy of CNC controlled machining. This way implant supported frameworks with an excellent passive fit are produced, without the shape limitations involved with CNC milling technology.

The unlimited shape complexity allows to offer a tailored surface texture for our implant bridges in order to improve the fixation of the dental composites.

All our titanium frameworks are produced from a medical grade titanium alloy Ti6Al4V ELI. This titanium alloy offers a much higher strength and hardness than grade II pure titanium that is widely used in CNC milling. In fact, the strength of our titanium alloy is about three times higher than the standard grade II titanium alloy. This makes our titanium alloy even stronger than many cobalt chromium alloys.

All DentWise frameworks are compatible with most commercial implant brands (Nobel Biocare, Straumann, 3i, Astratech, etc.). Besides working on abutment level, it is also possible to work directly at implant level.
